Remove Obstacles

We'll need to be able to move freely around your property without having to worry about potential obstacles in our way. Please make sure that you have removed anything that may hinder our progress, such as toys, sports equipment, lawn furniture, planters, etc. Also, make sure to leave any gates unlocked in case we need to access certain parts of your property. You'll be able to return everything back to its normal place once we've finished.

Tell Your Neighbors

Your neighbors might be slightly confused or concerned if they were to see our pressure washing team on your property but were unaware of what was going on. Prior to our arrival, it's a good idea to let your neighbors know of our work, as well as what days and hours we will be on your property.
That way, we can work undisturbed, and you won't need to worry about concerned phone calls.

Keep Pets And Children Inside

Pressure washing equipment can be very dangerous. We're well-trained in the usage of this equipment, but we still want to take the proper precautions to minimize the potential for injury. Please keep your pets and children inside throughout the entirety of our house washing session. They'll be permitted to go back outside almost immediately after we're done.

Close All Doors And Windows

You don't want water or soap to get into your home. Make sure that all the windows and doors around your house are closed and sealed. We'll double-check before we get started as well just to be safe.

Leave An Emergency Contact Number

We rarely ever encounter issues during our pressure washing sessions. However, in the unlikely event of something happening, we'd like to be able to reach you. If you won't be home during our pressure washing, we advise you to leave an emergency contact number. We doubt we will ever need to contact you, but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
